Demo Request Form
2025 Demo Program Update
Dear Vendor Community, thank you for supporting our stores and providing our guests with an excellent tasting experience. This request form will serve as an agreement that your company will meet our requirements for compliance, scheduling, staffing, food and beverage handling, service expectations, and payment.
All demos are approved and scheduled through the Demo Coordinators office. We require a lead time of 21 days when submitting your request and you will typically receive confirmation within 72 hours.
Demo Options and Costs
Nugget Market Demo Team (Valley Stores): The rate is $235.00 and includes 4 hours labor.
Nugget Market Demo Team (Marin/Sonoma Stores): The rate is $235.00 and includes 3 hours labor.
Nugget Market Demo Team Adult Bev (All Stores): The rate is $235.00 and includes 3 hours labor. All alcohol tastings must be pre-approved by the demo coordinator prior to submitting your request. Please contact Tom Tristan at demo.coordinator@nuggetmarket.com for availability before submitting your request.
- All demos performed by the Nugget Market Demo Team include labor, (set up, tear down, and clean up included), up to 30 minutes zoom meeting training of demo team, demo equipment, supplies, demo kit fulfillment, UPS shipping of demo materials to our demo associates and post-event report with sales, feedback, and photos. Purchase of sample product is extra and proof of purchase with receipt copy will be provided.
Vendor Performed: $25.00 admin fee per demo and includes scheduling, store notification, and compliance processing and management. There are no refunds or credits for missed or cancelled demos.
Demo Terms
- Pre-payment is required for all requests and is to be received 10 days from start date. Space is limited and all requests will be approved on a first come, first served basis.
- Vendor demos must be performed by direct employees of the brand. Nugget Market, Inc. does not permit third-party agency representation or individuals paid as 1099 independent contractors to work in our stores.
- All Vendor employees must provide a current California Food Handler certificate for food and non-alcoholic beverages.
- All alcohol tastings must be pre-approved by the demo coordinator prior to submitting your request.
- Alcohol tastings require servers to provide a current California ABC Responsible Beverage Service number.
- All invoicing will be provided by our billing partner at accounting@gourmetdemo.com.
