Ingredients
- ½ cup mascarpone
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup blue cheese
- ½ cup artichoke hearts
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley, for garnish
Preparation
Place all ingredients except parsley in a blender and puree until smooth. Press through a fine mesh sieve to remove any fibrous parts of the artichoke hearts.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
