Fruity Popsicles Four Ways

Tropical or classic? Minty or creamy? No matter which fruits and berries you fancy, these popsicles are just as easy to make as they are to enjoy!
Ingredients
Mixed Berry:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 pound strawberries, stemmed and quartered
- 2 cups raspberries
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons honey
Coconut Mango:
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 2 cups chopped mango
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Strawberry Banana:
- 1 pound strawberries, stemmed and quartered
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Watermelon Cherry Mint:
- 2 cups watermelon, large diced
- 6 mint leaves
- ½ lemon, zested
- 1 cup cherries, pitted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients for your chosen popsicle flavor in a blender. Puree on high for 20 seconds, then strain through a mesh strainer. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. To create layers, fill mold partway and allow to freeze before adding each additional layer.
