A smooth, creamy blend of crème fraiche and fromage blanc get a hit of spice from Beerenberg's Australian chili and apple jam.
- 1 cucumber, sliced into ¼-inch rings
- ¼ cup crème fraiche
- ¼ cup fromage blanc
- 2–3 tablespoons Beerenberg "The Kicker" Australian Chili & Apple Jam
- 2 sprigs thyme, picked
Lay cucumber slices in between 2 paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Mix together the crème fraiche and fromage blanc until smooth. Pipe or spoon the cheese mixture evenly onto each cucumber. Top with a dollop of Beerenberg "The Kicker" Australian Chili & Apple Jam and thyme leaves.
