Greek yogurt makes an excellent base for salad dressings and chilled sauces. This bright and herbaceous recipe is perfect for dressing fresh greens, finishing poached seafood, or using as a dip for crudité platters.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 green onion, minced
- 6 fresh basil leaves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian parsley, minced
- Kosher or sea salt, to taste
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine yogurt, onions, and herbs, then season to taste with salt and pepper and stir well. Serve chilled.
