Cupid’s Crunch

This sweet treat makes a cute and corny Valentine’s Day snack, gift or party favor!
Ingredients
- ½ cup popcorn kernels, popped
- 1 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 1½ cups mini pretzels, broken
- 1½ cups Mother’s Cookies, broken
- 1 cup Valentine’s Day M&Ms
- 1 cup Valentine’s Day Mike and Ike candy
- 3 tablespoons sprinkles, multicolored
Preparation
Pop popcorn and set aside.
Slowly melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler over low heat, stirring frequently. Add red food coloring and mix in completely.
Place pretzels, Mother’s cookies, M&Ms and Mike and Ike candies into a large bowl with popcorn. Pour half the melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture and combine with a rubber spatula.
Line two 8 x 12-inch pans with wax paper and pack popcorn mixture into pans. Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over the mixture and top with sprinkles. Let cool and harden before serving.
For a sweet Valentine's Day gift, break the finished product into pieces, pack it into mason jars and decorate with a ribbon and stickers.
