Butternut Squash Pie

Instead of making a classic pumpkin pie, try using butternut squash as the secret ingredient to make this gourd-geous dessert!
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place pie crust into a pie dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then lower oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 30–40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the crust comes out clean.
Let cool completely, then slice and serve with whipped cream and cinnamon.
