Try this tiki twist on the classic whiskey cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ½ ounce Velvet Falernum
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 3 ounces Fever-Tree Ginger Beer

Preparation

Combine whiskey, Velvet Falernum and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for about 20 seconds. Pour contents into a tall glass filled with ice. Top off with ginger beer.
