Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Stout Pops

Indulge in the decadence of these grown-up fudge pops. Creamy dark chocolate is perfectly complemented by the tanginess of the sour cream and dry stout, topped off with a buttery graham cracker "crust."

Preparation
In a blender on low speed, mix sugar, softened cream cheese, and sour cream until completely combined. Stir in milk and stout. Melt dark choclate chips over low heat on stove-top until completely melted. Pour melted chocolate into blender mixture and mix until well combined. Slowly pour mixture into mold, tap mold as you fill to remove any air bubbles. Leave 1/2-inch on the top for your crust. Blend graham crackers until completely crumbled and pour in melted butter until combined. Divide crust and spread evenly between all popsicles. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
