Ingredients
- 2 New York steaks (10 ounces each)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 4 ounces Truffle Compound Butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rub steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a large stainless steel pan over high heat, then add steaks.
Sear steaks over high heat for 2–3 minutes, until a crust forms. Flip steaks, place pan in the oven and roast for 5–7 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
Let steaks rest 5 minutes, then top with Truffle Compound Butter and serve.
