Bright and bubbly with a touch of elderflower and grapefruit, this lovely sparkling cocktail goes beautifully with brunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Cremant Rosé
  • 1 ounce premium white rum
  • 1 ounce St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 grapefruit slice, for garnish

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a white wine glass and top with ice. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
